The complex consists of a vertical storage elevator with a capacity of 27,200 tons, 15 ground storage warehouses with a capacity of 47,800 tons with all the necessary technical systems (laboratory, weighing machines, 2 dryers up to 100 tons/hour), a cereal plant with a capacity of 400 tons/month, a line for production of sunflower kernels with a capacity of 300 tons/month, and is equipped with its own facilities and railway traction.

Kulundinskiy elevator has a well-developed transport infrastructure for uninterrupted logistics: seven railway tracks (4.5 km) connected to the Kulunda junction station of the West Siberian Railway. Up to 206 wagons can be accommodated simultaneously, with the ability to form express trains of up to 77 wagons.
The facility has its own shunting equipment: a TGK-2 locomotive and a KRT-2 traction motor. It also holds a permit from Russian Railways to accept and ship hazardous cargo, including oils and petroleum products, expanding its logistics capabilities.

The 27-hectare site with railway tracks at the elevator is a unique facility in the region. The Altai Territory is the least loaded region in Russia for container shipping, handling only 7% of shippers' needs due to the lack of container terminals. The ability to load on the container platform will allow logistical reorientation of export shipments of agricultural products from the western and southwestern parts of Altai.
